World Leadership Series Taxila Business School and AISEC has joined hands for World Lecture Series.
The Leadership Lectures and Workshop Series are open to the public and students and highlight individual, organizational or societal leadership. The Lecture Series seeks to promote constructive change in our community and its organizations. The Series brings to Taxila some of the international leading figures from the world of politics, entertainment, academia, and literature. More than 25 speakers from different countries shall be delivering lectures at Taxila starting from 9th June 09. The speakers shall talk on alternate days at the Taxila Auditorium from 9 am to 10 am. Each semester, the school hosts public forums that actively engage the community in socially relevant discussions and calls to action. Taxila’s popular Leadership Lecture Series features lectures on topics related to individual, organizational and/or social change inspired by effective leadership. Events, workshops, and lectures are offered on a variety of leadership topics across multiple discipline areas and organizational sectors. All lectures and workshops are open to the public. The Series is an opportunity to welcome our neighbours and friends to join our faculty and students as we learn of ideas and actions of leadership by individuals seeking to promote constructive change in our world.

Faculty and Research Taxila Business School faculty is an esteemed group of scholars and practitioners, and members provide a rich source of international experience in professional management problems and practices. Faculty members combine real-world and academic knowledge of management problems to augment their theoretical training. Senior faculty members also teach courses to senior executives through the Taxila Business School’s executive programs. This approach reinforces faculty research and keeps faculty members abreast of changes in corporate practices.
All Taxila Business School courses combine theory and practice. Teaching methods include case study, field study, seminars, simulations, and independent work. Faculty members choose the method most appropriate to the material and their individual styles.
Research is a vital component of Taxila’s program, and faculty members have developed ground breaking theories in many academic fields, such as marketing, banking, strategy, and game theory.
