    In order to lead a successful career one must have the above mentioned attributes. Being placed in one of the top Mnc of world Ruchi dared to leave and joined Facebook. Not everyone does that. At that very moment she has shown the power of decision making and it paid off.
    Seeing potential in something and making ourself instrumental for the same is done by few and those who do are people like Ruchi who is now multi millionaire.
    More Risk More Reward that's the thing she has taken the decision and assessed the opportunity and took the risk of joining them without caring much about the future imagine if she stayed in Oracle we may not had the Facebook what we enjoy today so one must have the risk taking ability.
    With all these attributes one can reach to top of the success ladder be it job or business these qualities are what everyone should possess. And Ruchi has taught us that no business is small or big it's what we can contribute and lead it to it's potential best.

Instincts & intuition: Instincts & intuition are most important qualities to attain a successful career path, Ruchi had to wait for 2 hours alone at the Facebook office and there was absolutely no one to entertain her, still she heard their proposal patiently and took her decision to join Facebook when it was only a startup. It was her intuition & instincts which led her to right choice.

      2. Passion to break ground: She worked day & night to build her product. She went on to make several products for Facebook, one of which is "News Feed", which is the most successful product of Facebook till date. She could only achieve because she possessed passion to break ground.

      3. Self Confidence: Last but the most important attribute is self confidence, without which it is impossible to make decisions and build decision making attitude.

      Attributes for Opportunity recognition.

      1. Enthusiasm: She has a personality who is always excited, always ready to jump into battlefield with a single goal i.e. to win. Enthusiasm led her to attain her goals before stipulated time. This proves that enthusiasm is a latent factor but an important one while assessing opportunity.

      2. Spark to Innovate: She always had a spark inside her to innovate to do something new, to experiment and to tinker with her expertise, this spark leads to recognise the best opportunity to work.

      1. Road less taken: She took the road less taken by opting to join Facebook which is a big risk in itself. She was a single girl far from home who had a stable career ahead of her but still she chose to go for Facebook, this really contributed to her risk taking ability.

                    Decision making, opportunity assessment & risk taking attitude is a blend through which Ruchi Sanghvi has a successful career.

                    Throughout her life she optimised this blend to make her career successful.

                    When she left her home in India to study abroad in USA, it required a great deal of research to make right decision, assess the opportunity and risk taking attitude to leave India and move to USA alone to pursue her academic career.

                    Then, when she was interning with Oracle, which was then one of the top valued IT conglomerate; she left it to work in The Facebook as product designer and she was also the first female employee of Facebook. This shows that even though she was left unattended at the office for 2 hours where there was no proper management and had employee strength of 8. Still, she took the risky decision to join it because she saw an opportunity to innovate and make a mark in the world.

                    Then when her life was stable she went ahead following her life’s milestones to get married, again when she was going through the process she felt that there is no excitement in this and that her life would become boring.

                    So, she dropped her decision to get married and went back to work for Facebook.

                    Finally, when Facebook was on the verge of IPO & on its peak; she decided to leave it and go for her startup.                               The factors that influences in making the successful career are: Power in decision-making, Opportunity assessment, and risk taking attitude. This can be seen in one of the female entrepreneur named as “Ruchi Sanghvi”. She made her successful career through the means of these factors.
