About the Event:
Transformational leaders are highly focused, visible, inspiring and spend a lot of time communicating with teams. To be such a leader, one requires a strategic thinking mindset; an entrapreneurial style of decision making; a deeper understanding of cross-functional dependencies; and a commercial acumen that comes from a deeper understanding of financial impact of each and every executive decision.
The objective of this workshop is to provide a comprehensive perspective of Business Leadership through a real-time experiential learning approach. It addresses two most critical aspects of business management – Leading Business and Leading People.
- Leading Business: Helps the participants to go through the complexities of business decision making in a dynamic competitive setting with a “do it yourself” approach.
- Leading People: Helps people introspect on how they deal with people, how they lead teams in tough decision making contexts and how can they be more effective leaders as times change.
The workshop creates magic by bringing an entire industry & competing companies in class with the participants immersing themselves in multi-functional decision making rounds without fear of failure and yet experiencing the travails of tough business environments where every decision & every resource has to be fought for.
