We can never know or at least be sure of what our highest potential is, unless and until we get into situations to face challenges and push ourselves further. Same is our PGDM life. We never know which position we will reach tomorrow after graduating, but what we can do is, to put all our efforts into one direction and that is learning & growing. As for me, learning and growth never stop until you die, everything makes you learn something. This is how I have seen things since my childhood. I try to avoid creating perception towards anything because when you create it you cannot change it easily, and that becomes a hurdle in the way of learning and hence your growth.
I come from a background where I got the chance to explore many things without restrictions from a very early age, when I was in my 1st standard. I am privileged to say that I have done my education in 6 institutes, this is not a judgment! But changing your place, state over time makes you learn many things. When I entered my graduation, I joined NCC, one of the best things I did. That organization smashed all misbelieves of my life, studies, and practicality. I was a BBA student, so, whatever was taught in BBA, I applied during my NCC life. Whether you ask for leadership, teamwork, stress management, conflict management, risk management or any other skill, I have practiced it all in my NCC life.
Again, for PGDM, coming to the 7th institute at Taxila Business School has been a good decision of my life. My dimensions of skills, knowledge, thought and goals have increased. These are continuously polishing day by day.
Another thing which I always feel is “It is always about balance! If you balance, you get so much you never thought of.”
With all the knowledge which I have gathered for last 16 years and continuous improvement and add-ons, I am eagerly looking forward to apply this knowledge in the organizations I join and looking for success.
