Beyond Leadership – The Soft Power Way!!

Mr. Yash Kalra was born & brought up in the Pink City, Jaipur. He did his Graduation in Economic Honors from HR college of Economics Mumbai and Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He joined the family business in 2001 and since then is working towards establishing new standards in the service industry not only in Rajasthan but across the country under the umbrella of The KALRA GROUP. Mr Kalra is an event manager by profession & choice. Considering his family business & his contribution to the service industry over 5 decades, a study was published in a journal called DRISHTIKON.

In his social capacity, he is currently associated with his alma meter as Secretary, Mansinghites Alumni Association (Maharaja Sawai Mansingh Vidyalaya) from the last 2 sessions and is also Mentor Alumni, Maharaja Sawai Mansingh Vidyalaya, Jaipur.

Mr. Kalra is also a visiting faculty in various business schools around the country. Yash Kalra is a proud member of BNI ROYALS Jaipur Chapter and also serves as the Regional Training Ambassador of BNI Jaipur North Region. He was also recently awarded as the Best Trainer in the region at the prestigious BNI Global Convention in Mumbai.

He also serves as Director at Balakripa Foundation – An NGO, working for Medical aid and dedicated to his Father Late Shri Bal Kishan Ji Kalra. He is also a travel enthusiast & a budding blogger. A proud Indian and enjoys
interacting with young minds.
