PGDM-BA program structure is based on compulsory core courses and specializations. The first three semesters focus on core courses. Students can choose two electives from the list of possible specializations. It includes the option of four specializations:

Pedagogy
Starting the class with greetings and welcome. Then discuss what was taught in the previous lecture. Then the main topic is to be presented by the teacher, followed by student's doubts and questions. A 2 minutes break and then the class may be energized with an exercise or questions by a teacher for the class taking the topic to the current scenario discussion. Ending with student's participation

Students have an option of dual specialization for multi-disciplinary approach.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- International Graduate from a recognized / accredited University / Institution.
- Students who have appeared for final year of examination of their bachelor's degree program and are awaiting results can also apply, subject to successfully completing their bachelor's degree program / graduation within the time period specified by TBS.
Duration and Validity
The duration of the program is two years.
Internships
Taxila Business School offers Internship and Corporate Orientation Program during the PGDM program.

Mancomm (Managerial Communication)
Mancomm or Managerial Communication is the innovation of Taxila. Understanding the needs of industry, Taxila emphasises in developing managers for tomorrow with a clear vision & firm Communication. Under this head, students are given a topic of their choice every fortnight to research, analyze & finally present. This involves presentation in front of masses helps to break the shackles of hesitation.
