Course Objective

This capstone course integrates all prior learning from the consultancy specialization into a high-impact, project-based consulting experience. Students will simulate real consulting engagements involving scoping, client management, analysis, strategy, and final presentation. The course emphasizes professional readiness, client storytelling, and leadership-level consulting delivery.

  • Structure and manage full-cycle consulting projects across functions and sectors.
  • Frame hypotheses, analyze primary and secondary data, and triangulate insights.
  • Build executive decks using storytelling, MECE frameworks, and strategic logic.
  • Conduct client workshops, respond to feedback, and pivot deliverables accordingly.
  • Present findings and recommendations with boardroom-level clarity and impact.
