Total Quality Management
Course Objective
This course enables students to build a robust understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) as a strategic tool for operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Students will explore quality philosophies, tools, standards, and analytics while building leadership, digital fluency, and adaptability to manage quality initiatives in manufacturing and service organizations.
