Course Objective


2. Course Description

This course explores the strategic role of human capital in driving organizational value. It moves beyond administrative tasks to focus on Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Analytics. Students will learn to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in hybrid work environments using Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and data-driven insights.
