Course Objective
The Capstone Project at Taxila Business School is a mandatory 6-credit summative experience in Term 6. It serves as the "Golden Thread" of the PGDM curriculum, requiring students to integrate the "Head, Hands, and Heart" mission by synthesizing academic excellence, technological frameworks, and ethical governance.

2. Project Description: The "60-Day Digital Blitz"
Students must establish a foundational digital presence for a local small business within a strict 60-day timeframe. This project transitions students from "Functional Specialists" to "Strategic Architects" by requiring them to manage a live client, automate business processes, and design value-centric growth strategies.
Business Selection Criteria:
- Minimum of 5+ Employees.
- Must be a Registered Entity.
- Established track record of 3+ Years in business.

The Capstone reflects cumulative learning from Terms 1–5:
- Phase 1: Digital Audit & Onboarding: Immediate identification of a local business and a swift audit of their online status.
- Phase 2: Technical Infrastructure: Securing a domain, setting up hosting, and building the website blueprint.
- Phase 3: Digital Branding & Content: Optimizing social profiles and creating a foundational content strategy (text, images, and short videos).
- Phase 4: Local Visibility & Integration: Setting up Google My Business and integrating food platforms where applicable.
- Phase 5: Financial & HR Architecture: Developing a 1-page HR policy and a 5-year financial dashboard.
5. Assessment & Submission Requirements
To earn the 6 credits, students must meet the following NBA-compliant standards:
- Final Report: A comprehensive document of 25+ Pages containing work done, photographic evidence, and learnings.
- Digital Handover: Successful transfer of the website and social media credentials to the client.
- Final Presentation: A formal defense of the project's Value Architecture and its impact on the business's online visibility.
