Course Objective


2. Course Description

This course empowers future leaders to interpret financial data as a strategic asset. Moving beyond traditional bookkeeping, the course focuses on "Financial Intelligence"—the ability to read what isn't explicitly stated. It integrates Digital Tools for modeling, Forensic Accounting for ethical governance, and Startup Valuation principles for entrepreneurial decision-making.

  1. To decode the language of business (Ind AS/IFRS) for strategic communication with stakeholders.
  2. To master digital tools for constructing and modeling financial statements.
  3. To diagnose organizational health using advanced ratio analysis and the Du Pont framework.
