Course Outcomes
The outcome of the given syllabus is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the key concepts and theories of organizational behaviour. The syllabus covers a wide range of topics, from individual behaviour to group behaviour to leadership to motivation to decision-making. The syllabus also includes a case study component, which allows participants to apply the concepts they have learned to real-world situations.
