This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts of organizational design and processes. The course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles of organizational design and processes. Students will learn how to design and implement efficient and adaptive organizational structures and processes and how these choices impact performance and effectiveness. Through case studies, discussions, and assignments, students will gain a critical understanding of these concepts and their application in real-world business settings.
