Lateral Placement - 2021-2023
Lateral Placement means hiring of experienced candidates, irrespective of program they have opted for. Taxila Business School not only helps fresher to start their career but also supports by hand-holding for years, let’s say after 5 or 10 years a student is looking for change in career Taxila again offers them opportunities through their corporate and alumni network.
Lateral placements at Taxila are very exhaustive for PGDM and Executive PGDM program, as the entry criteria is minimum 3 years of professional experience. In PGDM 2020-22 batch, 48% of the batch was having experience from 1 year to 4 years, and 50% of them were placed as experienced professional and were offered better salary packages. The list of recruiters for Lateral Placement is almost similar to fresher’s placements and also some more gets added to it who worked with alumni directly or indirectly.
