Important Updates of XAT 2025
- XAT 2025 registration has started from 15 July and candidates can apply for the exam till the last week of November 2024. The exam is going to be conducted on 05 January 2025.
- The exam fee for XAT 2025 is 2200/- and candidates who wish to be admitted to XLRI have to pay 200/- extra for each program.
- Applicants applying through GMAT have to pay 5000/- for exam registration.
- The XAT syllabus has two parts – Part 1 – Decision Making, Verbal and Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation.
- XAT Exam will have 105 questions with 105 marks and the negative marking for wrong answer is 0.25. For consecutive 8 unattempted questions, 0.10 marks will be deducted.
- Candidates will have 210 minutes to solve the question paper.
- The average salary that top XAT colleges offer is around 7.95 LPA.

Eligibility Criteria for XAT Colleges
- Applicants need to have a graduation degree from any recognised institute or university of India in any stream.
- Final-year students or final-semester students with a graduation degree are also eligible to participate in the XAT.
- In XAT there is no limit for the maximum age or maximum number of attempts. A person of any age can apply and make as many attempts as he or she wants.
- NRI and foreign country applicants can apply for admission to XAT Colleges with the GMAT scores.
