"Each of us is born with a distinct personality. We all have unique skills and abilities. We don't have to follow in the footsteps of others all of the time. We have a responsibility to nurture the gifts we've been given."
Taxila Business School is constantly working to develop each student's innate potential. In the same vein, students were given the platform to demonstrate their skills through a Talent Hunt show organized at Taxila Business School on 29th of April 2022 "Taxila’s Got Talent." Students demonstrated a wide range of abilities, including dance, theatre, song, standup comedy, speech, and fitness techniques through fitness challenges, etc. Each contestant was given the open platform to exhibit their skills based on their interest areas. Through their very unique and entertaining acts, all of the participants enchanted the audience. These kinds of events not only allow participating students to demonstrate their ability but also encourage other students to come forward and demonstrate their latent potential.
The purpose of the event was to open up the hesitation of the students and make them stage-friendly. Since each individual has a unique talent, which is otherwise not visible because of fear and hesitation, should be explored and highlighted. The event did not judge the student, which made the students feel more free and fearless. This made them perform with their full potential and zeal. The event turned out to be successful where students participated in their full capacity, with 100% participation. Each student was awarded the certificate of participation to keep the lifetime memory with them
It was proudly observed that the students demonstratathe high level of confidence and enthusiasm and the event has surely helped them uncover their talents, skills ,and personality.
